Project H3, coined here at www.winkyeyes.com on March 28th, 2008, is the New Age Black Project. Though some of the project has been leaked out from the scientific community over the decades, most details remain highly guarded secrets. Through extrapolation, contacts, and sources, WinkyEyes has discovered that Project H3 continues to raise tens of billions of dollars and the network is elusive to most. Our estimates of the Project H3 network put the number at .1% (1/10th of 1%) of the global population, or around 7,288,000 individuals. WinkyEyes proudly joins their efforts in spirit, and eventually, financially. Project H3 has over 25 years of research here, and maintains dozens of sources scattered throughout the states. The nature, progress, and scope is beyond the general public domain right now, but WinkyEyes will publish portions of the project on occasion over the coming months. CLUE: In the great oceans, seas, and other natural water reservoirs, there are multitudes of particles and diverse life. Differences in temperature, salinity, currents, thermals, and densities exist. Is it possible for some whale species to echo through these channels in communication over 2500 miles?
CLUE: Can one single electron be used as a data bit and can exponentiation be applied to two and more bits to harness extreme computing power? Is there more than one semi-conducting material in use today? Is carbon easily manipulated? Is school cool? Is the library cool? . . .

CLUE: Do we salute those we owe our freedoms to with the following "blasphemous" free speech? Is one goal of some in the science community, the resurrection of past spiritual leaders through DNA combined with artificial womb incubation, and historical indoctrination of the brain, or are they still focused on Jurassic Park like good greedy capitalists trying to make a buck on another zoology tour? Are there a hundred ways to thank a veterinarian, including in your good thoughts? Could this be humorous to some and not others? Is it the misspelling, or the womb thing, or the religious thing? Ain't freedom expensive as hell and can speech offend some sensitivities?
