Hi there. The tackle industry generates around $1,000,000,000.00 annually in a multi-billion dollar fishing industry. International sales potentials are tremendous and online visibility is suspected to grow, especially in developing nations as well as those countries developing their telecommunications infrastructure. Online visibility is only one strategy. So far, we have rejected over $1,000,000.00 in capital offers, not because we are opposed to cash infusions, but because we are being careful not to dilute the decision making to the detriment of the overall vision of the company. We also want to maintain out-of-the-box thinking, creativity, and ingenuity. We will continue to consider all offers. This is a great opportunity to help supply the global tackle market with effective, novel, and technologically advanced fishing tackle. We want no more than 1 financial entrant, so that we can avoid splintering, but we will consider all proposals! We prefer any foreign trade arrangements to be strictly a matter of distribution, and we will add your order information to the left sidebar of the order page. We will offer regional protection along with a realistic and reasonable tiered price structure to help ensure your success. Our initial thoughts on regional protection is to list no more than 1 office in a 50 mile radial zone. As a possible foreign distributor, please be observant of the status of trade relations and/or restrictions when applying. At this early stage, we reserve the right to hammer out some additional details and will listen to proposals, but we think that the preceding and following is a well thought out and solid framework. In addition to this, our business plan, budget, marketing strategies, life experience, and internals are even more comprehensive, or at least supplemental, so as to keep an element of surprise and confidentiality. So this page is only a small glimpse of our current and ongoing efforts. First, why are we blatantly publishing $1 Million and $1 Billion markers here instead of in a private setting? Perhaps further reading will provide an answer to this question. As you continue reading, just imagine having funded this operation 5 years ago - 1 year ago - 2 months ago - yesterday - tomorrow! The focus of WinkyEyes PacWest will remain in novelty and technology sportfishing. Though we will consider other unique products in the promotions and free section, the featured products will remain as novelty items and will dominate prominence. In addition to our own upcoming product launches, we will consider carrying other brands with featured prominence, as long as those products are within the focus of novelty and technology. An example of another product is a "submarine lure" which lets you easily adjust the buoyancy and depth. We just love great and novel ideas like this and want to consider offering these to our customers. These types of products will be our core products. We will be very selective, accepting only the most unique and unusual tackle - we have noticed that veteran anglers are always eager to try something new and exciting, or at least add new items to their extensive tackle assortments. It is important to note that besides other brands that we might consider carrying, that throughout the history of WinkyEyes PacWest, there remains several undeveloped ideas and products of our own. So in addition to some of our tried and tested products, plus other brands, we have some of our own that have been partially explored or partially developed. Of course, in so many years, we have been able to develop business relationships domestically and internationally. We have a few distributors in Europe interested in representing WinkyEyes PacWest in addition to domestic interest. We also have access to experts in all of the fishing industry who have offered their services, and more recently, we have gained access to commercial interests in fishing, boating, and marine. We have strong relationships in the Great Lakes Region, California, Washington, and Florida as well as Great Britain and Scandinavia. We are in good standing with our bank, eBay, Yahoo, Paypal, UPS, USPS, Google, and a handful of variable suppliers from coast to coast including those in terminal tackle, electronics, and others. We have no transferable bad debt, and to date, have operated soley as a limited "garage" operation. We intend on maintaining online sales at end-user pricing and retail quantities on this site and elsewhere as one form of product and brand visibility. This stance will allow distribution outlets comfortable markups from their pricing, as well as the added advantage of local control, local marketing, better shipping times, and better shipping rates for their regions, but ultimately, the end user can be satisfied to some degree from various venues of price and convenience. Direct online sales would likely yield some revenue to the company, but is not expected to be a main source of income. Our 5 year business plan includes sales forecasts based on trends and research. With our 5 products, we show growth income in the millions of dollars in 5 years (exact incremental growth numbers in biz plan). We have additional non-public internal numbers and intuition tells us that a meager 1% of a $1,000,000,000.00 market is achievable. Take a peak at the national retail shelves and ask yourself, why not some of that real estate, or an overall 5% market saturation, then add those numbers up (shhhhh! Its about 50 million bucks). This is good potential and there may be other unforseen revenue potentials. We are remaining aggressive despite possible unethical practices from competitors. We will take the high road and not engage in unethical behavior, but instead, we have made a decision to focus our aggressiveness toward positive and ethical marketing, and continue to remain optimistic of our growth while watching our competitors in the rearview mirror. These ideas and possibilities help create new jobs, opportunities, and ventures. Our Marketing Director and I bring tons of experience. He has taught at the university level, is a nase member, and has real life experience in many industries. His ability to cross-over to broad industries and to be effective is a testament to his skill, talent, and nature in marketing. He loves it, and this is his passsion - he is a monumental asset to the company. He has international contacts as well and he operates chiefly out of Newport Beach, Southern California. His life and professional experiences are too extensive to honor here, but hopefully you have a small glimpse of his abilities in WinkyEyes PacWest. I was a business and computer science major out of Long Beach and have had 4 years of work experience in data processing in addition to 4 years of schooled engineering and programming. This website and others have been developed by me using development tools and programming knowledge. We prefer to host our site eventually for added security, but we think that for now, this is adequate and will serve as one advertising and merchant venue. In addition to our strategies, we have visited with the SBA and other business development organizations on numerous occasions and have incorporated some of their suggestions and used some of their tools. My personal work history has included everything from carpet care, floor care, janitorial, painting, data processing, programming, shipyard assistance, fish processing, window tinting, window washing, lot attendant, grounds keeping, commercial artwork, cashiering, security, and many other temporary labor positions. Longer term regular positions were held in Energy and Municipal Services. Most were independent with little supervision. More recently, I have been lucky to work and operate in the fishing, boating, and marine industries. As far as education, beyond 4th year computer programming and engineering, some of my elective studies have been in media, marketing, and a few business classes from a transition of a major to a minor. High school electives included public speaking and a study habits course which highlighted word associations for learning, as well as speed reading exercises, training, and drills. I also offer a 100% effort and have always followed the course of hard and honest work, having been shown by mentors that this is the ultimate prescription for success financially, in business, and personally. What else? We maintain a personal list of contacts which I believe to number in the hundreds or maybe a couple of thousand or more, many of which are industry contacts from tour and charter companies, sportfishing companies, guides, vacation companies, travel companies, and everybody in between who have shown an interest in WinkyEyes. One of the benefits of online correspondence is email addresses in which the domain shows a lot about the company, portal, or place of origin. We are also familiar with some business to business directory programs in addition to our contacts. So, we plan on massaging these options in addition to a modest budget percentage dedicated to traditional print advertising campaigns. We are also aware of, and will utilize international business development programs and will explore package deals in advertising, some of which are offered by US commerce departments. In addition to traditional campaigns, we still value ethical "guerrilla" tactics and other unique marketing ideas. Our Marketing Director is associated with aerial ad campaigns as one example of non-print advertising. He also has experience and knowledge in publishing. So between him and I, we have access to potentially 2 or more forms of aerial advertising, and several other forms of interesting and effective advertising. I also have contacted 2 radio groups and have found fishing programming to be another potential advertising opportunity as well as business related programming. As previously mentioned, I would like to maintain a strong online presence including various portals and social networking websites in addition to our own domains. Beyond all this, our Marketing Director has suggested that we forward leads to our associates. Next, we think that product giveaways, contests, and event sponsorships both online and in the field are another way of strengthening our position with customers - we believe that when they try our products, they'll be hooked. This is a big read, but we are talking about comprehensive financial
and professional commitments. Thanks for your patience and interest,
and I hope this offers a good feel of our company, management, products,
customer, history, vision, ethics, growth potential, and the strategies
of this operation as you consider offering us financial, and/or professional
support. We will review all proposals with respect and consideration,
and all are welcomed. You can view my personal work history at the
