Marina Development:

The immediate area already has extensive infrastructure and civil amenities including here at the Landings for all yacht, boat, and ship services, repairs, and sales. Developments underway are additional storefronts, a large indoor aquarium, restaurants, shops, and docking. The entire area overlooks the Sound in a beautiful bowl city with surrounding mountains, hills, forests, and wildlife. A cascading river channels through palisades and a hatchery where there are extensive salmon runs. This is one of the best developed areas with a reasonable mix of architecture, industry, and nature. Of course, the area is perfect for promotions of sport fishing novelties.
