THE NEW AGE BLACK PROJECT THAT THEY WON'T TELL YOU ABOUT

Project H3, coined here at www.winkyeyes.com on March 28th, 2008, is the New Age Black Project. Though some of the project has been leaked out from the scientific community over the decades, most details remain highly guarded secrets. Through extrapolation, contacts, and sources, WinkyEyes has discovered that Project H3 continues to raise tens of billions of dollars and the network is elusive to most. Our estimates of the Project H3 network put the number at .1% (1/10th of 1%) of the global population, or around 7,288,000 individuals. WinkyEyes proudly joins their efforts in spirit, and eventually, financially. Project H3 has over 25 years of research here, and maintains dozens of sources scattered throughout the states. The nature, progress, and scope is beyond the general public domain right now, but WinkyEyes will publish portions of the project on occasion over the coming months. Don't guess at Project H3, or email about it, either you know it, or you can follow some of the clues here on a journey of discovery!

CLUE: Has it been rumored in recent years that a large asteroid is on the way? Haven't we come up with a good plan to have it narrowly miss us or are we still working on it; have we come up with a backup plan?
If this rumor is true, should it be widely publicized (causing panic), or simply dealt with using current technology and do you trust that we can accomplish this diversion using nuclear weapons or other deflection devices of .00000275 degrees over a distance of .0015 light years? Does an asteroid have a magnetic shield, only when passing planets, if it has a hot core encapsulated in a liquid mantle of metals, if it is from the asteroid belt, if it bends space/time, or if it is dormant?
CLUE: In corporate commercialism, there often exists some sort of structure to the board, the personnel, and the directors of management. These can vary slightly from industry to industry and office to office. In some cases, the structure has vertical functions. In others, there may be stricter interpretations of internal policy. Either way, the periphery certainly becomes a part plus some of the function after a learning curve in the 14th month.

CLUE: Is it that in military time, computer time, and atomic time, there could be 11:57:25 beyond Meridian, or 12 noon plus approximately 11:58:00 PacWest time? Would this almost equal 23 hundred hours or be closer to 24 hundred hours?
CLUE: Is it true that the US has endured nuclear holocausts in her dreams over the decades, and that we maintain that a nuclear war is winnable, that we are de-sensitized to this fact, that this is a heavy burden, but we continue to accept this notion and possibility, and that we still hope to avoid this day. However, do we maintain first, second, third, and subsequent strike capabilities globally? Do we care about our enemies' threats, or do we meet these threats ferociously? Do we continue to remember who has been named as well as those who have been complacent in the current war? Will this war continue to be executed on our time and of our choosing, or are we just going to have a reactionary policy like in the past?
CLUE: If the USGS finds that magma pressures are building in certain regions, should we detonate an underground nuclear device to relieve the pressure in a controlled way? At the same time, could our seismographs and other instruments further measure our planet for data acquisition along with with 100 other studies? Or, could we hit an enemy also, and have 101 studies?
CLUE: While the US selectively accepts some legal immigrants on rare occasion for the expedited citizenship program, is it important to adopt a policy of turning ESL into the primary language within 4 years or less because this is another factor that binds our distinct and diverse American Culture?
Aren't the American people still saying loudly and clearly, formally adopt English as our national language? Doesn't this start with our paper work at government agencies, and if they can't read the driver's licensing forms, should they be driving?

CLUE: In the current global war on terrorism, has it not been stated that you are either with us, or against us? Does this mean, sit around and wait and see? Could it be, we just aren't sure yet after several years? Or, does this mean, take action? Do we maintain the policy that if you support terrorists in any way, you will be indistinguishable from them? Is this one of the several special weapons available in the technological warfare class? Could this class be under the blind 'em, then shoot 'em strategy? Is this why it is extremely crucial, the levels of secure access allowed to administrators? If you have it, should you show it, and potentially get a nice job, or would "they" just steal it? CLUE: Are Project H3 members interested in Age, Race, Gender, Creed, National Origin, or Planetary Origins when considering its future associates, or are we interested in results?
Are 1 or 2 of these kind of personal? Are another 1 or 2 obvious? Are inter-stellar members harder to distinguish? What about intra-steller members outside the federation's limits? What if you are a people eater? Should you consider the cattle that we raise, and other food sources as a substitute for human flesh?

Isn't it up to the individual to compete in the marketplace for jobs based on skills, attendance, education, experience, attitude, etc.? Is it not somewhat easy for a company to eliminate an employee, or does this depend on if you have been there more than 5 years, or if you have a good lawyer?
CLUE: Can the above binary tree "the mushroom" be overlapped with other patterns of images, and which patterns would your mind discover, or does what you see depend on what kind of a person you are? Can we overlay 25+ images, making it difficult, but possible to decipher codes through images? As an example, could you draw an image using Ls, overlap the image of 1s, and we show you an L first, then won't you see the L pattern, because we lead you that way? Next, we show you a 1, and wouldn't the mushroom become apparent? Is this just a rough example and not optimal? Can you expect us to prove our point through an example in the future? Can this be another form of Cryptology, or should you just use an acidic solution on acid-free paper?
CLUE: Have we taken pigeons, inserted tiny cameras in their eyes, and inserted cochlear disruption units in their heads to influence balance during flight as an additional form of inexpensive surveillance? Do we control the "decision" to fly with a tiny cattle prodder? Does a pigeon generate enough energy to power the devices, or do we use a tiny battery implant? What if you use a transistor capacitor thingy? What if the bird's mind wanders? Is this ADD?

Will we accept new media first, then more reputable outlets to allow a leg-up for the "under dog"? Will we also accept "independent" columnists, investigative reporters, possible university reporters, and others from notable outlets? Will this be on a case by case basis and will we consider exclusives? Are there at least 10 points that the media are not allowed to question?
CLUE: Will this page eventually have anchor jumps, or be organized another way, or disappear, or be transferred, or ...?
